Evaluating antimicrobial efficacy of bovine colostrum in patients suffering from periodontal disease

Purpose: Bovine Colostrum is the first milk, a mammary secretion produced by all cows for their babies during 24–48 hours after birth. contains immunoglobulins and lactoferrin that help in bactericidal bacteriostatic effects against microorganisms. The purpose of this study to evaluate efficacy bovine colostrum at different concentrations patients suffering from chronic periodontitis.
